Judith's Other Projects/Links

Judith Berkson began singing at age 3 when her father, a professional singer taught her the traditional blessings over wine and bread in the basement of their Chicago home. Shortly after she was recruited into the family singing act which toured several states and appeared at many community centers, flea markets and homes for the blind in the Chicago area. Now a resident of nyc Judith composes, improvises and performs in a variety of bands. She teaches Schoenberg Harmony, and enjoys checking out challenging music for voice and piano, hanging out with her seriously gifted friends, driving in traffic, searching for good clothes, avoiding the post office and listening to really good music.
